Monique joined Hanza Realty in the summer of 2019 bringing with her a vibrant Latina personality and 7yrs of Mortgage Lending experience. She has previously worked with both banks and brokerages, where she was a Loan Officer for both residential and commercial lending programs. Monique has a Bachelor of Science degree in Event Management and Sports through Indiana University in Indianapolis, has been in some type of Sales Role for the majority of her adult career, and she knows these skills will be a positive addition to the Hanza Team.

 

Monique hopes to help all people with their Real Estate needs and looks forward to leaning on the Hanza Office for its strong investor ties so that she can grow her investor network. She has a passion for rebuilding the Minority Communities and getting Minority buyers more involved in Real Estate, to help rebuild the Housing and Commercial Market here in the City of Indianapolis.

 

Outside of work, her passions are family, travel, and learning as much as she can about other people's cultures.
